Terms & Conditions
General
1. Endless Executive Travel endeavour to ensure your vehicle arrives at the time and location requested, as per the invoice. We cannot however accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to mechanical failure, traffic congestion, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. Endless Executive Travel do not accept responsibility for any consequential loss.
2. Endless Executive Travel will be under no liability whatsoever to the passenger or client for any indirect loss (including profit) suffered by the passenger or client arising from a breach by Endless Executive Travel of this travel contract.
3. The chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate accessible route on the day, unless specified at the time of booking by the passenger or client – this must be outlined at least 48hour prior to hire and may be subject to additional charges.
4. Additional pick-ups and drop-offs cannot be accommodated unless specified at the time of booking.
5. If additional waiting time is required either at the beginning or during a journey, this may be subject to additional charges.
6. We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicle/s to anyone who is thought to be excessively under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the chauffeur, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle.
7. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger or client.
8. If special cleaning of any vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable state by any passenger or client, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of cleaning to that passenger or client.
9. If any equipment or interior of the vehicle is damaged, we reserve the right to charge the cost of full repair or replacement to that passenger or client. This includes all equipment and interiors on board the vehicle.
10. Any theft of equipment or interiors will be subject to the full cost of replacement by the passenger or client – we will also need to report any thefts to Local Authority.
11. We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur.
12. A male or female driver is available on request, but this must be requested at the time of booking.
13. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the clients’ statutory rights.
14. Endless Executive Travel pride ourselves on our clients confidentiality is a fundamental rule among institutions and individuals stating that they must not share a client’s information with a third party without consent of the client or a legal reason.
Payment
1. Payment is made via bank transfer to Tracey Wright trading as Endless Executive Travel.
2. All bookings will be processed via email – using an invoice system. No booking will be confirmed without a deposit being received.
3. All Endless Executive Travel bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost, with the final payment due 48hours prior to hire.
4. If you require any variations to the journey that requires extra time or mileage this will be subject to additional charges – we request any alterations require 24hours notice.
5. All Endless Executive Travel prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive if VAT unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
1. If a booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the requested pick-up time, the passenger or client will be subject to a 100% booking cost cancellation fee. Any thing outside of this period the passenger or client will lose their 25% deposit but will be entitled to move their remaining balance to an alternative booking on another date.
2. If the passenger does not appear or contact the chauffeur at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund.
